New Show! Classic Club, on KCLR 96fm.
This July, KCLR 96fm's News Team member, Aisling Moore, will bring you through the ages of music with her new show, Classic Club.
Tune in each Tuesday evening from 8 to 9 o clock and allow Aisling to introduce you to composers of each of the musical era's.
Starting with Baroque music on July 1st, then moving on to Classical, Romantic and 20th century in the following weeks, you’ll meet all the important men of their times – Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin, Tchaikovsky to list a few.
Aisling will play highlights from each era, and guide you through the styles of music of the time, with some interesting information on the composers themselves too.
This show is for anyone and everyone, so drop an ear to Classic Club from 8 to 9 o clock on Tuesday evenings, and sit in the congregation for The Marriage of Figaro, meet The Queen of Sheba, and sing Hallelujah with Handel.
